The final in a series of photographs of Seattle's noted naked rollerblader, a gentleman who has been identified as Noah Phelps. He has been one of the highlights of the Seattle Solstice Parade and the World Naked Bike Ride. Let's hope he reprises his role this summer!














Some body parts are harder to wash off than others!
