Mikhalis, the nudist from Thessalonki

Mikhalis is a notable addition to the street life of Thessalonki, often known as Salonica, the second largest city in Greece and the capital of the Macedonian province.

"Since I am a nudist, being naked is a way of life," Mikhalis told a local TV station. He is a committed advocate of "urban nudism," the breaking of longtime taboos by engaging in casual nudism in a variety of situations. Judging by the reactions he gets from passersby, people seem to less ill at ease with nudism.

Mikhailis deserves our admiration. Maybe, not immediately but eventually, nudism will be as commonplace as clothing. A salute to Mikhalis!
