Graffiti has existed as long as there have been walls on which to scratch, scribble or carve. Examples date back to ancient Egypt, ancient Greece and the Roman Empire. Graffiti was preserved in the eruption of Vesuvius in Pompeii; the markings included curses, political slogans, declarations of love and directions to brothels. Today the chosen implements are spray paint. For some reason, graffiti always looks better when paired with naked men. But then again, what doesn't?
