I have mixed feelings about tan lines. They do have aesthetic aspects, namely the vivid contrast between light and dark. And their practitioners sometimes go to great lengths to ensure the accuracy of the lines between light and dark. But golly gee, these men are not fully naked. I realize that they may have no choice. Swimming pools or beaches often are public, and the neighbors might frown upon full nudity. But aren't there some places--some private spaces--where they can sunbathe in a clothes-free environment? A mountainside perhaps. Or an isolated beach. A field where the vegetation is tall enough to conceal. Granted these locations may be inconvenient, and partial nudity is better than none. And of course there are those men who prefer tan lines to a fully bronzed body. Well, good for them. Let's give them their due for their efforts. And certainly let's commend them when they shed their bathing suits for everyone to see the result of their labors. Enjoy.
